Our Integrated Program
Discover how our unique approach combines employment coaching with housing stabilization to create lasting pathways to independence for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Why Integration Matters
Employment and housing are deeply interconnected. Without stable housing, maintaining a job becomes incredibly difficult. Without employment, affording housing is a constant struggle. Our program recognizes this reality and addresses both needs simultaneously.
By providing coordinated support for both employment and housing, we help participants build a foundation for long-term success. Our experienced team works closely with each individual to create personalized plans that address their unique strengths, challenges, and goals.
