Medicaid Assistance
For residents with a documented Intellectual Disability (ID) or those enrolled in a Department of Mental Health (DMH) program, Medicaid may cover care services through Residential Habilitation, helping make quality care more accessible.
A Partnership in Care
When Medicaid assists with care services, residents typically contribute their SSI or Social Security benefits toward room and board—covering housing, meals, and daily living essentials. Medicaid then helps with the remaining care services.
